Asset / Project Portfolio - Dynamic Web Services to Manage Facility Assets

NEO’s web based, real time Property Portfolio centralizes a Client’s real estate assets including leased, owned, hybrid, land lease, multiple leases within a single property ID and master leases with multiple property IDs. Our application pursues Client specific features and uses the Client’s business rules to create and manage Property IDs.

The database is tabbed into various pages to compartmentalize disciplines. Empowered users can search the Property Finder based on any information available about the property including a complete Property Profile and lease abstract.

Properties are grouped by hierarchy, profit unit/ center, type property, leased, owned and hybrid, within Property ID and/or within multiple leases. The application offers the Client dynamic mapping, photographs, service vendors, floor plans, updates of tax data, depreciated asset values from accounting, complete reporting through standard reports and a query builder for customized reporting on the fly.
