Facility Help Desk Supervisor

NEO, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the position of Help Desk Supervisor/Project Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible for managing a facility help desk for a Fortune 500 company with a staff of 1-3 people.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite facilities help desk support to a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta
  • Interact with client at all levels from executive to field personnel and be able to assimilate to the client's culture
  • Field phone calls, emails and online requests for facility-related projects
  • Develop and manage aggressive schedules for completion of facility-related help desk work orders
  • Effectively manage a team of 1-3 staff members
  • Insure defined service level agreements are met
  • Assist in managing weekly moves within the client's campus which occur after normal business hours
  • Listen to customer needs and create solutions to solve problems

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have 1-2 years experience supervising a small team (1-3 people)
  • Possess strong leadership abilities in a team-oriented environment
  • Possess commitment to quality customer service and sense of urgency in completion of tasks
  • Have the ability to meet multiple deadlines while handling large volume of work requests
  • Succeeds in expending extraordinary effort to satisfy clients by anticipating, meeting and/or exceeding customer needs, wants or expectations while maintaining profitability
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to allow effective communication at all levels of an organization
  • Have a track record of consistently meeting deadlines
  • Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and MS Project

Desk Attendant

Desk Attendants are responsible for managing client databases and acts as the facility liaison interacting with client’s team. Activities include application training and documentation, maintaining database quality and customer service, and interacting with project team. Facility Desk Attendant reports to Facility Desk Director.

Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for coordinating and managing services and activities for multiple clients. Activities include project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and conducting progress meetings with client team. Required skills include MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Project Managers report to Senior Project Manager or Managing Partners.

Project Assistant

Project Assistants act as an integral part of the project team supporting Managers in servicing client needs. Activities include project documentation, resource coordination, database management, and interfacing with project vendors. The Project Assistant reports to the Project Manager.

Application Developer

Application Developers are responsible for the design, coding, testing, implementation, and support of NEO’s web enabled applications. Required skills include Visual Basic, SQL Server, and COM. Application Developers report to Managing Partners.
