As Construction Coordinators for tenant improvements and buildout, we ensure that the design intent, and integrity of the interior space, is implemented throughout the construction process. We institute proven planning methods, utilizing up to date project management tools such as Gantt charts, to monitor actual versus planned activities and maintain scheduling, performance and cost objectives.

As an Owner’s Representative, we provide on-site management of the daily activities and become a conduit for fielding questions, distributing information, anticipating problems and tailoring solutions between the Owner, Developer, Broker, Contractor, Architect, Designer and other vendors such as cabling contractors, signage and food service vendors, etc. We coordinate the program on behalf of the Client and communicate ongoing changes to the parties involved. A web-based project site is maintained throughout the process as a communication tool and virtual record of activities. A video record can be provide periodically to inform the off site management of the progress and to communicate the field conditions to other involved planning professionals. At the conclusion of the project, these become visual records of the project for future reference.

From project conception to completion, we manage all aspects of the project to dovetail each activity around the sequence of events leading to substantial completion. Through our automated management techniques tailored to each individual client, and their specific requirements, the project becomes a progression of details managed by a single source. The continuity throughout the process results in a well managed project with increased opportunity for an “on time” and “on budget” conclusion.
